At The Vault Barbell Club, we empower women to lift with purpose, build confidence, and find community through strength training.
This isn’t a bootcamp. It’s a small-group training experience built on expert coaching, technical precision, and genuine support.
Led by Mark Giffin, a World, Commonwealth, and National champion powerlifter with 30+ years of experience, every session is guided with precision and care. You’ll learn proper technique, avoid injury, and progress with purpose.
Each program is designed around you - your goals, experience, and needs. We’ll meet you where you are and help you grow stronger every week.
Train alongside other women who want to feel powerful and capable. Expect encouragement, laughter, and lifelong friendships.
Training runs in 6-week blocks, designed to give you enough time to build momentum, measure progress, and feel real results.
Enrollment is ongoing, and spaces open occasionally due to scheduling shifts - not dropouts.
Training Options:
🏋️♀️ 1 session per week - $178 per 6-week block
🏋️♀️ 2 sessions per week -$334 per 6-week block
🏋️♀️ 3 sessions per week - $478 per 6-week block
Each 6-week block includes:
Expert coaching and individualized programming every session
Focused small-group training for connection and accountability
Progress tracking, technical feedback, and movement education
🕒 Spaces are limited to preserve the small-group atmosphere and coaching quality. New spots fill quickly as openings arise.

Sundays at 10:30 am
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
Fridays at 6:30 pm
